Our team will travel to see complex patients who have inadequate access to care, utilize the ED frequently, have unstable chronic disease, often require off-hour care, require frequent follow-up, or are elderly. We have the capability to perform ISTAT labs, EKG, ultrasound, administer IV meds, nebulizers & other therapeutics. The team will provide any indicated follow up and will develop a treatment plan with the patient & their primary medical team.
To augment our mobile urgent care team, we have board-certified Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine and Critical Care physicians available for telemedicine consultations.
Our team has extensive experience and success in the design/implementation of de novo healthcare delivery systems in response to emerging patient needs or deficiencies in care and for crisis response planning.
