Our team will travel to see complex patients who have inadequate access to care, utilize the ED frequently, have unstable chronic disease, often require off-hour care, or require frequent follow-up. We have the capability to perform ISTAT labs, EKG, administer IV fluids and medications, nebulizers & other therapeutics. The team will provide any indicated follow up and will develop a treatment plan with the patient & their primary medical team.
Our Sleep Medicine team will provide expert, caring, and expedited tele-health service to patients, including evaluation, treatment, sleep-testing and therapeutics.
