He is an exceptional clinician and proven administrator with years of experience successfully leading healthcare organizations in uniquely challenging healthcare environments.
Jacob Cullen, MD
Jacob Collen earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University, in Bethesda Maryland. He completed his Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, followed by a second Fellowship in Sleep Medicine, at Walter Reed Medical Center. He is a retired USA Colonel and is a well-known expert in Sleep Medicine and is an accomplished educator and clinician.
Rob Ryan, PA
Robert Ryan graduated Hahnemann University in 2000. He has 22 years of Emergency Medicine experience working as a Physician Assistant. He developed a travel program for Physician Assistants and also worked as a Regional Medical Director where he assisted with the development of an Integrated Acute Care Model. Mr. Ryan has strong ties to his local community and a commitment to service. He served as a volunteer firefighter for 24 years and for the past 11 years he has volunteered for his local police department as the Assistant Medical Director for the TEMS team.

Marie Dienna Fileus is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New Jersey, with over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation across healthcare, IT, and professional services industries. She has worked with Big Four firms, government agencies, and private organizations, developing strong expertise in financial reporting, tax, and compliance.
