Mauro Sarmiento earned his Medical Degree from Rutgers University, Doctorate of Philosophy in Biochemistry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his MBA from George Washington University.  He also served thirty-two years in the United States Air Force/Air National Guard.      

He is an exceptional clinician and proven administrator with years of experience successfully leading healthcare organizations in uniquely challenging healthcare environments.    

Dr. Joel Buzy is an Emergency Physician whose broad experience is anchored by a combined 30 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic and in police tactical medical operations. He has developed medical systems in challenging environments including establishing a novel EMS system in Oman, serving as the Medical Director for ESPN/X Games, overseeing COVID treatment facilities in a State corrections system, and operating as an Urban Search and Rescue Medical Team Manager. Additionally, Dr. Buzy has served as Medical Director for a Mobile Medical Urgent Care Team, an EMS telemedicine program, and a corrections-based MAT Suboxone treatment program. Dr. Buzy is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine, and board eligible in Emergency Medical Services.

Robert Ryan graduated Hahnemann University in 2000. He has 22 years of Emergency Medicine experience working as a Physician Assistant. He developed a travel program for Physician Assistants and also worked as a Regional Medical Director where he assisted with the development of an Integrated Acute Care Model. Mr. Ryan has strong ties to his local community and a commitment to service. He served as a volunteer firefighter for 24 years and for the past 11 years he has volunteered for his local police department as the Assistant Medical Director for the TEMS team.
