Mauro Sarmiento earned his Medical Degree from Rutgers University, Doctorate of Philosophy in Biochemistry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his MBA from George Washington University.  He also served thirty-two years in the United States Air Force/Air National Guard.      

He is an exceptional clinician and proven administrator with years of experience successfully leading healthcare organizations in uniquely challenging healthcare environments.    

  Jacob Collen earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University, in Bethesda Maryland.  He completed his Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, followed by a second Fellowship in Sleep Medicine, at Walter Reed Medical Center.  He is a retired USA Colonel and is a well-known expert in Sleep Medicine and is an accomplished educator and clinician. 

Marie Dienna Fileus is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New Jersey, with over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation across healthcare, IT, and professional services industries. She has worked with Big Four firms, government agencies, and private organizations, developing strong expertise in financial reporting, tax, and compliance.

At Mobile Medical Professionals (MMP), Dienna supports financial integrity and operational efficiency through her expertise in accounting, accounts receivable, and audit oversight, bringing a detail-oriented and compliance-driven approach to the organization.
