Less time waiting
A scheduled mobile visit can help patients avoid spending hours traveling to and waiting at a walk-in clinic.
Mobile urgent care
For appropriate time-sensitive, non-emergency medical needs, MMP brings focused clinical care to the patient—helping avoid long waiting-room delays and unnecessary exposure to sick contacts.
A more personal care experience
Traditional urgent care can mean travel, registration lines, crowded waiting areas, and an uncertain wait. MMP's mobile model brings the visit to the patient when clinically appropriate, allowing the clinician to focus on one patient at a time.
A scheduled mobile visit can help patients avoid spending hours traveling to and waiting at a walk-in clinic.
Receiving care at home can reduce contact with crowded waiting rooms and other people who may be ill.
The mobile visit provides focused, one-on-one attention in the patient's own environment.
Mobile care can reduce transportation barriers and make evaluation easier for patients with limited mobility or demanding schedules.
MMP reviews the patient's concern to determine whether a mobile visit is clinically appropriate or a higher level of care is needed.
When appropriate, MMP coordinates clinically relevant follow-up with the patient's primary care physician or other treating clinician.

Know when to call 911
MMP's mobile service is designed for appropriate non-emergency concerns. It does not replace emergency medical services, an emergency department, or hospital care.
Service availability
Mobile urgent care depends on the patient's symptoms, location, scheduling availability, and whether the requested service can be provided safely in the home. Calling MMP does not guarantee that a mobile visit will be appropriate.
Primary care coordination
MMP does not replace the patient's primary care physician. When appropriate and authorized, we help coordinate relevant follow-up with the patient's established healthcare team.
